For the purposes of the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, regarding Protection of Personal Data the company Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L. with CIF B64423593 informs the User of the existence of a file containing personal data registered in the General Registry of Data Protection (GDPR), created with the purpose of carrying out the management of the company and its relationship with its clients.

SENDING AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA

The sending of personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information about the activities and services of the company.

Failure to provide the requested personal data or refusal of this data protection policy will make it impossible to subscribe, register, or receive information regarding the services offering accommodation for tourist use and rental housing.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we hereby inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of your submission of personal details will be incorporated into a file owned by Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L., domiciled at C/Sant Antoni Maria Claret 3, AL 08037 of Barcelona, having implemented all the security measures established in Royal Decree 1720/2007.

ACCURACY AND VERACITY OF THE DATA PROVIDED

The User who sends the information to Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L. is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, exonerating Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L. of any liability in this regard.

Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep this data duly updated.

The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the reservation or inquiry form.

Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L. is not responsible for the veracity of information not of its own elaboration and for which another source is indicated, and consequently, it does not assume any responsibility regarding hypothetical damages that could be caused by the use of said information.

Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L. is exonerated from  any liability, damage, or harm that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects, or omissions in the information provided by Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L. whenever such information comes from sources other than Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L.

PURPOSES

The purposes of the data collection are the development of activities and provision of information about the services offering accommodation for tourist use and rental housing.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L. will not transfer user data to third parties. However, in the case of being transferred to a third-party company, the user would be informed prior to collecting the relevant data, requesting the express consent of the affected party.

EXERCISING THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, DELETION, AND OBJECTION

Users may direct their communications exercising their rights to access, rectification, deletion, and objection by e-mail addressed to: Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L. at info@espaisblaus.com. In compliance with Instruction 1/1998 of 19 January of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, to exercise said rights you must prove your identity to Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L. by sending a copy of your National Identity Document or any other legally valid identify document.

Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L. has adopted the security levels legally required and described in RD 1720/2007 for the protection of personal data. However, we also use additional means such as state-of-the-art firewalls and employ technical measures such as software for the encryption of confidential information and to control access to personal information, restricted users, security policies, and usernames and passwords, which expires as required by the GDPR, as well as other systems designed to prevent misuse, alteration, unauthorised access, and theft of personal data provided to Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L.

Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L. accepts no responsibility for possible damages or losses that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system, caused by reasons beyond the control of Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L.; for delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads in its Data Processing Centre, in the internet system, or in other electronic systems; or any damages that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate interference beyond the control of Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L.

ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT

The User acknowledges that they have been informed of the conditions of the personal data protection, duly accepting and consenting to the treatment thereof by Espais Blaus Habitatges S.L., in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
