BOOKING

Once a reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation email. The first night of the reservation will be charged within 24 hours of making the reservation to the credit card provided at the time of booking. The reservation will be confirmed once payment of the first night is received.

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL

A few days before your arrival our team will contact you to arrange check-in.

ARRIVAL – CHECKING IN

You can gain access to the reserved apartment from 3:00 p.m. Our team will contact you to provide you with the access codes as well as the information required to complete the check-in process.

SERVICES AND EXTRA CHARGES

If you have contracted any extra services such as a parking space, extra beds, or additional cleaning services, etc. you will be charged for these during the check-in process.

TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax is a tax imposed by the Barcelona City Council that we must collect from our guests. This tax varies in cost, depending on the time of year. It is a rate that is paid per person (for anyone aged over 16 years) and per night. You will be charged this tax during the check-in process. In the case of cancellation, this tax will not be charged.

DEPARTURE – CHECKING OUT

You must vacate the apartment before 11:00 a.m., after which time your access code will no longer be active. The apartment must be left in the same condition in which it was found. This includes taking out any refuse and washing the dishes, otherwise the amount of 50 euros will be deducted from the card used to make the booking to cover the cost of the extra cleaning.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please consider the following:
– If you inform us more than 7 days before your check-in date, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.
– Informing us 7 or fewer days before your check-in date will imply the total loss of the deposit payment made when making the reservation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Espais Blaus or the third-party apartment owner will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may arise as a result of the behaviour of the occupants of the apartment, or for fire, theft, or other criminal behaviour.

Espais Blaus reserves the right to change the information published on its webpage at any time, including its rates, descriptions, and photographs. Espais Blaus is not responsible for the status of any product or service published on its webpage.

THE NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS AND IDENTITY OF THE GUESTS

The paying guest will inform Espais Blaus of the number of occupants included in the reservation. The number of people who can use the apartment shall not exceed that for whom the reservation has been made and for whom the identity documentation has been provided at check-in, except in the case of children aged under 2 years. In the event that these rules are violated, Espais Blaus reserves the right to ask guests to leave the apartment without offering any form of compensation.

PETS

Pets are strictly prohibited in the Espais Blaus apartments. In the event that this rule is violated, Espais Blaus reserves the right to ask guests to leave the apartment without offering any form of compensation.

HOUSE RULES

Please note that the Espais Blaus Terms and Conditions regarding disturbances, excessively loud music, and parties is very clear: they are strictly prohibited. Guests should know that if they cause a disturbance or if the neighbours complain, Espais Blaus and the community may call the police and this will result in the guest being asked to leave the apartment without any form compensation, in addition to having to pay any fines accordingly dictated by the authorities. The client is also responsible for the behaviour of anyone they are accompanied by in the apartment.
